J’adore Berets
Bérets sont un excellent accessoire pour les jours froids!
I guess all those years of french has paid off (I totally double-checked that on Google).
Berets and other variations of the hat are the perfect accessory for this cold winter weather to keep us warm but looking chic. I own way too many but don’t wear them nearly enough – they’re kind of the forgotten accessory that sits in a drawer in my closet but they really do make a great cold weather essential. I recently received an adorable (and very French-looking) navy blue one as a gift from American Apparel… cute and classic.

Last year I rocked some sort of hat or beret nearly everyday… mostly because New York City is a giant, freezing wind tunnel and I had a loooong walk to work. However, now that I drive to work in the suburbs, I find myself slacking on winter wear accessories so I’m making it a goal to hang up a beret with my jacket everyday so I don’t forget.
Next time you layer up, consider adding a beret to your ensemble! What do you think of berets?
