Overnight Stay Essentials

I’m going down the shore tonight for the Polar Bear Plunge (eek!), so I’ve been thinking about what to bring in an overnight bag. Of course, this trip differs a bit from my regular overnight extravaganzas in the fact I will be delving into ice cold water come morning… obviously my bag is going to include a lot of towels, layers, gloves, and a hat… OH, and a bathing suit(!?)

However, my normal overnight bag goes something like this:
